For visitor parking during the workshop:
1. Park at the Staff and Faculty parking spot close to the Physics building.
2. Before arriving at the parking lot, first print the "parking note", then after your arrival place it on the dashboard/windshield of your car.
3. Come quickly to the workshop venue to get a parking permit and return to your car to replace the document with a parking pass.
Disclaimer: the "parking note" does NOT guarantee that the campus parking service officer won't ticket you. Therefore you must come up and go back to your car in the parking lot without postponing it.
