We arranged for blocks of rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn Stony Brook and Holiday Inn Express Stony Brook at reduced rates.
1. Hilton Garden Inn (walking distance from the workshop venue; free breakfast is not included)
Reservation Cut-off Date: February 26, 2026
In order to select dates the workshop participants wish to stay at the hotel, they need to hit the “Edit stay” right next to the dates. Then they should select specific dates below for their planned stay, and update the selection. The reduced rate is $229 per day for up to six-night stay.

2. Holiday Inn Express (2.3 miles from Stony Brook University; a shuttle is available upon request; free breakfast is included)
Reservation Cut-off Date: March 9, 2026
In order to select dates the workshop participants wish to stay at the hotel, they need to hit the shown dates. Then they should select specific dates for their planned stay, and hit the "SEARCH" right next to the dates. The reduced rate is $144 per day for up to six-night stay. Note that the rate from April 12 up to April 17 is $139, however, the rate from April 17 till April 18 is $169 !
