Visitor Parking During the Workshop
- Park in the Staff and Faculty parking area near the Physics Building.
- Before arriving at the parking lot, print the "Parking Note" and place it on your car's dashboard or windshield upon arrival.
- Upon reaching the workshop venue, promptly obtain a parking permit and return to your car to replace the "Parking Note" with the official parking pass.
Important:
The "Parking Note" does NOT guarantee that a campus parking service officer will not issue a ticket. Therefore, you must retrieve the parking permit and replace the document on your car without delay.
