Parking during the meeting:

Before your arrival, print this parking note and place it on the dashboard of your car,

Park in the Staff and Faculty parking spot close to the Physics building,
- Quickly come to the meeting venue, pick up your parking pass, and quickly return to your car to replace the parking note with your parking pass,
- Note: only a parking pass will ensure that the campus parking service officer will not ticket you; it is thus important that you are expedient in replacing your parking note with a parking pass,
- Lots 11 and 13 in section B4 of this map are close to the Physics building and most convenient (lot 12 is metered parking). This map can be accessed also via the maps and directions link above under "Parking at Stony Brook".

- The Hilton Garden Inn Stony Brook is conveniently located right on Stony Brook Campus with access to several restaurants in walking distance.
- The Holiday Inn Express Stony Brook is a seven minute drive from campus, within walking distance of a grocery store and restaurant.
