XIIth Meeting on Lattice Parton Physics from Large Momentum Effective Theory (LaMET 2025)

Student and Postdoc Support

We will provide up to around USD400 in support for any postdoc or student who gives a presentation at the LaMET2025 workshop. This support can be used for any combination of flight, ground transportation and up to three nights of accommodation.

If you would like to request travel support, please contact with Yong Zhao as soon as possible and provide an estimate of the total cost.

Note: the maximal amount of reimbursement per person will be adjusted based on the number of participants who request support.

Hotel Booking and Reimbursement

Initially you will be required to pay for the flight and lodging yourself first. Rest assured, we will reimburse the travel and lodging costs. Participants are welcome to share accommodation expenses (e.g., by staying in double rooms) so that the limited support can stretch further. 

Please ensure that you keep your travel and lodging invoices and email to Socorro Delquaglio, as it will be necessary for the reimbursement process.
