We arranged for blocks of rooms at the Holiday Inn Express Stony Brook at reduced rates.

Reservation Cut-off Date: June 13, 2026
In order to select dates the workshop participants wish to stay at the hotel, they need to hit the shown dates. Then they should select specific dates for their planned stay, and hit the "SEARCH" right next to the dates. The reduced rate is $199 per day for up to five-night stay. Note that the rate from July 13 up to July 17 is $179, however, the rate from July 17 till July 18 is $279 !
