We arranged for blocks of rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn Stony Brook and Holiday Inn Express Stony Brook at reduced rates.
1. Hilton Garden Inn (walking distance from the workshop venue; free breakfast is not included)
Reservation Cut-off Date: May 28, 2026
In order to select dates the workshop participants wish to stay at the hotel, they need to hit the “Edit stay” right next to the dates. Then they should select specific dates below, for their planned stay and update the selection. The reduced rate is 277 USD per day for up to five-night stay. The rate from July 13 to July 17 is $269, but the rate from July 17 till July 18 is $309.

1. Holiday Inn Express (2.3 miles from Stony Brook University; a shuttle is available upon request; free breakfast is included)

In order to select dates the workshop participants wish to stay at the hotel, they need to hit the shown dates. Then they should select specific dates for their planned stay, and hit the "SEARCH" right next to the dates. The reduced rate is 199 USD per day for up to five-night stay. The rate from July 13 up to July 17 is $179, however, the rate from July 17 till July 18 is $279 !
